lists, and returns volume uploaded by the client. This is the core data processed by Zinnvy.

improvement and billing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the core functionality of the Service, including real-time
inventory tracking.
- To operate the Predictive Insights feature and AI models, which rely on historical sales and
inventory data.
- To facilitate integrations with third-party platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
- To manage the Token Reward System and calculate rewards based on usage metrics.
- To send service notifications, usage alerts (via SMS if applicable), and account-related
communications.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- **Client Control:** Operational Data is controlled by the client (Tenant) and is not shared with
other tenants.
- **Service Providers:** We engage third-party companies (e.g., payment processors, hosting
providers,
SMS gateways) to facilitate our Service.
- **E-commerce Integrations:** Data is shared with connected platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) only
to
the extent necessary to maintain synchronization.
- **Legal Requirements:** If required by law or subpoena.
4. Data Security and Multi-Tenancy
We implement robust technical and organizational measures designed to secure your data. Our
multi-tenant
architecture ensures strict logical separation and encryption of each client's Operational Data to
prevent cross-tenant visibility.

We retain Operational Data for as long as your account is active, or as required by legal or
contractual
obligations, such as maintaining Audit Logs (up to 30 days for Pro, unlimited for Custom).
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to
access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.
