  • To manage the Token Reward System and calculate rewards based on usage metrics.

  • **Client Control:** Operational Data is controlled by the client (Tenant) and is not shared with other tenants.

  • **E-commerce Integrations:** Data is shared with connected platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) only to the extent necessary to maintain synchronization.

4. Data Security and Multi-Tenancy

We implement robust technical and organizational measures designed to secure your data. Our multi-tenant architecture ensures strict logical separation and encryption of each client's Operational Data to prevent cross-tenant visibility.

We retain Operational Data for as long as your account is active, or as required by legal or contractual obligations, such as maintaining Audit Logs (up to 30 days for Pro, unlimited for Custom).

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.
